They do great work, quickly at a descent price. Although, that's to be expected. What I think earns them the 5-star is what they couldn't do. I went in with a quite frankly ridiculous request. It's currently 5pm on Thursday, I needed my uniform to have a new patch sewn on, and be pressed by Monday morning. Which, for most places leaves them only tomorrow to do it. They said they could have it to me by next Thursday then asked me the time period I'd need it by, and informed me there was no way they could complete the task. Before I could even say anything, the employee listed off 2 locations to nearby alterations stores that may be able to meet my deadline, and informed me that if they don't work to return by closing time, then he would call his boss and ask his wife to do it for me. Great service is often expected. However, that employee went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. I will definitely return and strongly encourage all others to do the same. They will work with you, no matter your deadline.
This was my first time going to the cleaners in Beaufort period. I took my husband dirty suit and paid extra for next day return only to get it from them for 18.00 pressed in it's same filthy state. Toothpaste stains, dirty coat sleeves and pant hems. Ask for refund since I didn't get the service I wanted. I was denied my refund.... My husband and I are hard working honest people right here in Beaufort, We don't like getting cheated out our money.. Yes, they agreed to clean it for free unfortunately we needed for a ministry engagement already planned weeks earlier. Paying for somethings you didn't get and keeping something you didn't earn is wrong...
Exceeded all expectations. Went in at 7am to have an article of clothing pressed that was inadequately done at a dry cleaner in the area. Walked out at 715 with a precision-pressed uniform shirt. I did not request that type of immediate turnaround; they just took care of it. Top-notch customer service. Simply cannot speak any more highly of them. If you're looking for the best dry cleaner in the Beaufort/Port Royal area, look no further than Waters.
