1. Heat/AC unit has failing fan motor and temp know missing
This is our 2nd time staying. Came one year during the Water Festival. Decided to come back for our 2 yr Wedding New Year's Eve Anniversary. So not happy. The price we paid for a room for 4 nights should have been cut in half due to problems with out room.
This was an older basic motel room. Nothing fancy, things didn't necessarily match but it was clean and safe. Check in and out was fast. The night I stayed it was quiet. My review is based on what I experienced while there. It is not based on being compared to Four Seasons or what I thought it would be, wanted it to be or felt it should be. Was it safe? Yes Was
I am so hoping they will make some effort to compensate for the sub-standard accommodations - but I doubt it
I can say the bed, bathroom and floor were clean.
6. Breakfast is Continental style dry products; muffins, toast, waffles, bagels, cereal with coffee, juices - not what was expected - go to McDonald's or Hardees.
8. Sheets had burn holes in them - would expect a conscientious hotel would not put such on the beds.

Absolutely disgusting! Good rates but not worth risking catching something. Walked into the room and a dirty dirty gross couch from 1970 sitting by the door. Stains on the bed. Sheets look like they haven't been washed. Bathroom had bugs crawling around! If I was a family watching my son or daughter graduate from boot camp and stayed here I would be pissed! Did get our money back and went 4 miles down the road to a nicer hotel that even looks cleaner by the front door.
This Motel is what you expect for one being right next to the hood. Everything in the room was disgusting; The floors, linens, and bathroom were exceptionally disgusting. At night the Animals come out around the hotel. Druggies, prostitutes, and illegal immigrants around every corner. This is not a safe place. If you're coming to pick up your Marine do yourself a favor and find somewhere else for the night. Sleeping in your vehicle in a Walmart parking lot would be a better option.
5. Satellite cable has poor signal causing choppy signal.
3. Some of the electrical sockets don't work causing one of the lamps not to work.
4. Coffee maker did not work front desk could not swap until housekeeping came in around 11 am guess they front desk didn't have access?
2. Holes in walls behind doors and backs of doors have something like coffee all over them.
Disgusting, and dirty. We found hair and stains on the toilet, hair in the shower. I can overlook that a little, but when we went to get into bed, and pulled back the sheets, there was popcorn residue under the sheets on one bed, and when we checked the other bed, more hairs were found. Bad stains on the dust covers on the mattress and boxspring covers, furniture is very dated and worn. Entire room is dated. Was told $75+tax was best room rate. I've stayed in $35 rooms that were better. Asked for money back and checked out. I will never come here again.
7. Soda machine broken - apparently for quite some time from the look of it.
