They will work with you even coming from out of state.
Owner says she doesn't let you put certain items into storage and literally stands next to your vehicle watching everything you put in, this place has RODENTS she also tried to rent out a storage unit that had motor oil on the ground that wasn't clean bugs throughout it was NASTY! Immediately changed my mind and went to public storage, beware do not go to this place unless your storing a motorcycle or some sort in that category it's not a place to store household belongings, also. The owner who lives on the premises is a full drunk
